So Skype just today has now been released for the ipod Touch (cough… iPhone) - and you know what its pretty damn good!
I just installed it and did a test call, the quality is great. Very useful when you are in the US running up those huge transatlantic phone calls saying goodnight to the kids.
It works over the WiFi connection and pretty much gives you the same experiance as the desktop version – sans any video call ability.
I bet it was an interesting chat with O2 to try and get that one through.
As I use it more I will update this post with any issues or comments.
